I am a 2:1 graduate of three-dimensional design from Manchester Metropolitan University. Lighting design is my passion, light is everywhere and it a fundamental part of our lives. I studied The Significance of Light and is there an insufficient consideration of the psychology of using light and also its effects on the users. Using the information I learnt I designed and made lighting to complement what I had learnt.

 

I am eager to learn and to see how my career and skillset will naturally evolve with my enthusiastic and hands-on nature, whilst setting myself targets that I will constantly strive to achieve. I consider myself to be logical and self-motivated; hard working and I have the ability to learn and pick things up quickly. I have worked in collaboration with Photographers, Graphic Designers, Product Designers and Industry workers. I am creative with my ideas, my way of thinking and problem solving. I possess strong IT skills and can navigate Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite with relative ease. Also, possessing basic Autodesk AutoCAD, Fusion360 and Revit and I am learning Dialux Evo, which are highly advantageous within lighting.

 

After graduating from university I had the opportunity to travel to Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand for 4 months. Now I am ready to start a career. I am a loyal, pastorate, self-motivated and dedicated 3D Design graduate, with a natural and keen interest in design. A naturally creative and energetic individual, eager to learn about the User Experience of design and how people interact with design.
